1999 CCI Corporate
Communication Practices & Trends Study: United States
In the fall of 1999,
the founders of CCI carried out a benchmark survey to describe the
current state of communication in Fortune 1000 companies. The main
objective of the survey was to find out the responsibilities of
corporate communication professionals, what they do, and how the
corporate communication function is structured in the contemporary
corporation.
The results of the survey
are summarized in a presentation given on March 8, 2000, to the
Institute and are made available here.
